1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms form an agreement between you and the operator of Kibris Benim and apply to the website, public listings, accounts, workspaces, Alper AI features and connected services. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use Kibris Benim for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it; “you” then includes that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service and your account
Kibris Benim provides tools for property listings, contacts, leads, calendars, messaging, publishing, imports and AI-assisted workflows. Features may differ by workspace, configuration, location or release stage.
Provide accurate registration information, protect your credentials and connected accounts, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account. Workspace owners and admins manage membership, roles, data and feature settings; users must follow their organisation's instructions.
3. Your content and public listings
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Kibris Benim a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process, translate, adapt, transmit and display that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service and carry out your settings and instructions.
You confirm that you have the rights, permissions and lawful basis needed for all content and personal data you add. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and currency of listings, prices, availability, claims and media. Publishing makes content public; remove information that should not be public.
4. Privacy and customer responsibilities
Our Privacy Policy explains how Kibris Benim handles personal data. When you use a workspace to manage clients, leads, messages or team members, your organisation is normally responsible for its own notices, lawful basis, access rules, retention, individual requests and other legal obligations. You must not direct us to process data unlawfully.
You are also responsible for complying with property, advertising, anti-spam, electronic communications, consumer, anti-discrimination, employment and professional rules that apply to your activity.
5. AI and automation
AI-generated suggestions can be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Review outputs, source data, recipients and timing before using or sending them. Do not use AI output as legal, tax, immigration, medical, financial or investment advice, or as the sole basis for decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on a person.
Messaging automation must be configured and monitored by an authorised workspace owner. You are responsible for consent, channel rules, message content, opt-outs and human oversight. Kibris Benim may apply safety limits, pause automation or require review when needed to protect users or the service.
6. Connected and third-party services
You may connect services such as Google, WhatsApp, Telegram, public Google Drive folders or listing portals. Your use of them is also governed by their own terms, privacy practices, permissions and technical limits. You authorise Kibris Benim to exchange the data and instructions needed for the feature you enable.
We do not control third-party availability, decisions or changes and are not responsible for a third party suspending an account, rejecting content or changing its service. You must keep connection details accurate and use connected accounts only when authorised.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Kibris Benim to:
- break the law, infringe rights, deceive, impersonate, discriminate unlawfully or facilitate harmful property practices;
- send spam or unlawful marketing, harass people, or contact them after a valid opt-out;
- upload malware, probe or bypass security, disrupt the service, evade limits or access data without permission;
- scrape, copy, resell or reverse engineer the service except where the law expressly permits it;
- submit confidential, special-category or high-risk personal data without a clear need, authority and lawful safeguards; or
- misrepresent AI output as verified fact or as advice from a licensed professional.
8. Credits and intellectual property
Some actions may use workspace credits. The current balance and applicable usage shown in the product govern consumption. Promotional or included credits have no cash value, are not transferable outside the workspace and may expire or change as disclosed. Any future paid offer will show its price and payment terms before purchase.
Kibris Benim and its software, design, branding and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms give you only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service. If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or payment, without identifying you as its source unless you agree.
9. Changes, availability and termination
We may improve, add, remove or limit features and may interrupt the service for maintenance, security or operational reasons. We aim for a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent support for a particular integration.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or suspend access to protect the service, comply with law, respond to non-payment or serious risk, or address a breach of these Terms. We may terminate the agreement with reasonable notice where practicable. Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
10. Disclaimers, liability and contact
Kibris Benim is a software platform, not a property agent, broker, lawyer, financial adviser or party to a property transaction. Public listings come from workspace customers and may not be verified. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without implied warranties. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss. Kibris Benim's aggregate liability connected with the service will not exceed the greater of the fees you paid for it in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or EUR 100. This limit does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
Applicable mandatory law and any contracting document identify the governing law and forum. If no separate contracting document applies, disputes will be handled under the law and by the competent courts of the place where the Kibris Benim operator is established, subject to mandatory rights in your country.
